I've used AllVideo before with no problems but trying to use on a new site and it won't play. The player appears but even though plugin tag is correct I can't get it to play. I can't get mp3 or mp4 to work. This displays----Error loading media: File could not be played!
The site I'm trying to use on is in a sub directory called dealer so my path is dealer/images/audio/
My tag I'm using is {mp4}HLTime62314-Dealer{/mp4}

Can someone please help me figure out why not working?

Are you on a Windows server?
Are you using the latest (4.6.1) version?
