Hey folks I just installed Allvideos in joomla 3 and it won't play my videos. I'm wondering if I have url issue.

I created the following directories under public_html/images:
stories/videos

I put the mp4 video in the videos folder and add the following to my article:
{m4v}my_trailer_hd{/m4v}

I updated the AllVideos config to:
images/stories/videos

The player displays on the front page, however, I get the following error:
Error loading media:
File could not be played.

The file works fine if I play it on my computer so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Its currently in maintenance mode. I was able to get the video to work with a direct url. It just doesn't work with a relative path for some reason.
