I have used the following {mp3}WarwhatIsItGoodFor{/mp3} to play a audio track on my website which works fine. The global override works fine also but that auto starts every thing and I only want the above track to auto start.

So, I use the local override tag for auto start which is {mp3 autostart="true" }WarwhatIsItGoodFor{mp3} but this does not work and all I get is the text of the function on my webpage. I.e {mp3 autostart="true" }WarwhatIsItGoodFor{mp3}

Can anybody help and point out what I am doing wrong?

Hi. Where did you see that the custom tag for auto-play is like that ? Probably you need to read the documentation at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos . Pay attention to the section named "Custom options per video" .

Although, the first one talks about Allvideos reloaded. Is this something different?

The real question is does Allvideos support a local override autostart or autoplay tag function? if so whats the wording or format? if not, can anyone suggest a video/audio plugin that does?

Yes it does support this. You need to read the documentation at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos . AllVideos reloaded is a different extension. If you are using AllVideos reloaded then you need to ask it's developers for help.
