Recently, I have problem with allvideo plugin, the play icon doesn't show so that users can't click to hear the audio file.

This looks like a browser rendering glitch. It might also has to do with the fact that the page is loaded via an AJAX request. There is nothing you can do on the video part to change this. I would try to:
1. Display fewer videos per page.
2. Change the way the page is loaded. As i said AJAX may also affect this.
