We had Allvideo for display mp4 videos before, however, after we upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 from 12.04, all the mp4 files doesn't work any more, it gives an error: The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. Could you please help.

Which browser are you using? Is there a link to the page with the issue?

I tested in Chrome, Safari and Android Chrome, the videos worked before, but they don't work anymore after upgrade to 14.04, I checked the file folder permission, the MIME type, and installed ubuntu restricted extras, nothing helps. First, the URL you provided requires credentials. Second, what you describe seems like an issue of the client ( the computer with Ubuntu ). Probably a codec is missing. Can you check our demo page at demo.joomlaworks.net/allvideos ?
