We just upgraded our sites to AllVideos 4.7.0.

After the upgrade, we noticed that we cannot play embedded MP4 files on Firefox. Here is a page where the problem is occurring:

The error that occurs is:

Error loading media
File could not be played

The videos play fine on Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

Are the videos encoded using the H.264 codec ? This is a requirement for cross platform compatibility . Here is a list of the supported media formats for the JWPlayer that AllVideos is using: support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference .

Just noticed that the video is served with incorrect headers by your server. Probably this is what is causing the issue. This is something that needs to be fixed in your server setup.
