Since upgrading to AllVideos 4.7.0 the other day, I found that a video on my website was not playing and the viewer saw just the black video player box containing the error message "h.FilterPlaylist is not a function."

I removed AllVideos 4.7.0 and then reinstalled an older version (luckily I had saved the installer file, because I didn't see an option to get older versions from your site) and the video plays fine again.

I guess that you had to open the plugin and save it's settings. It is recommended to update to 4.7.0 as soon as possible.

I have found that is you go to the plugin's advanced settings and change JW Player loading location to CND rather than Local the video displays again and the error is not shown anymore.

Not sure why this fixes it - perhaps a problem with the locally provided JW Player?

Your case is different. Your issue is caused by the fact that you are using shortened URLs for YouTube videos. Try to change the video tags you are using until we solve this.

You can either use the full URL ( what you see in the browser address bar when viewing the video on YouTube ) or use the syntax with just the video id ( explained at the documentation at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos ) .
