Sudden incompatibility with Chrome was created by Chad Corbett
We have been using AllVideos (v4.6.1) with great success. I have a large population of Chrome browser users for our website.

However, about a week ago the Chrome browser no longer likes AllVideos.
Instead, it displays a message "Install MS Silverlight"
Look here for an example of a page with ALLVideos running. Houston we have a problem

Apparently, Chrome has dropped Silverlight support.
Internet Explorer displays fine.
I have not tested Safari or Firefox yet.

I was hoping someone here might have some suggestions.

Hi,

You are using a WMV video there. Silverlight is required to play this video. I recommend to switch to MP4 videos to ensure maximum browser ( and device ) compatibility.

I have begun converting to .mp4 video files. It works fine.

(On a sidenote - the player does not have play/pause/rewind functions. Oh well. You can't always have everything.)
