I installed AllVideos on one of my Joomla 3.6 sites.I have the plugin published and the local video folder set to: images/videos
and try to load a mp4 video like this {mp4}20130125QA1daroodepak{/mp4}.
it is not playing and shows an error "File could not be played".
local audio file is also not loading.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Can you open the console tab of your browser's developer tools to see if there are any errors?

yes it shows 404 (Not Found) error. is it due to any file permission error in ftp? i can not access the video through direct link.

A 404 link indicates that file was not found, not that the file is inaccessible.

Make sure that filename, the path and the extension are correct.

now its work fine. after correcting the mime type of video in server. thanks for the reply.
