Plugin only works on the front page

Plugin only works on the front page was created by Magnus
I have a weird problem.

The plugin works fine when the published article appears on the front page but when I try to open an article that is a menu item the only thing I see is the plugin shortcode.

Another strange thing is that this appears inside <head>:

<meta property="og:description" content="{youtube}(myvideo*)?autohide=1&amp;amp;loop=1|800|600|1{/youtube}

* removed the video shortcode because it's not official

Any ideas what causes this?!
