Hi it seems that the plugin is ignoring the tag options Item Images at least I think that is what it is doing.

Articles images on the page show once whereas videos are repeated You can see it here. The site is under development but I have opened for a short while www.touringandtenting.com/classifieds/news/tags

I am using the latest version of joomla and the development release of the plugin
