Hmm, I still cannot understand, why it worked in the past even with the Google Browser on Iphone and Ipad. And - Silverlight IS installed on my computer and it still doesn't work.

This is related to the browsers. Chrome no longer supports Silverlight at all. FF might work but Chrome will not work in any devices.

OK, I understand.
I already tried usinf MP4 format and zhis works. So I'm going to convert all the video into MP4.
