Currently block with comments displayed immediately after the withdrawal of the content is not very convenient. How can I display a block with comments given in my site template?

This is a content plugin which means that you can only show it where content is rendered.
You can move it in a different position in your item page (above the text, for example) or listing though.

Let me know what you need to do.

You can override the output of the plugin to what you want. Eg. wrap the comments block with that div.

Just copy the /plugins/content/jw_disqus/tmpl folder (in Joomla! 1.5) or /plugins/content/jw_disqus/jw_disqus/tmpl (in Joomla! 2.5+) inside your Joomla! template's /html folder, rename to /html/jw_disqus and start tweaking the HTML and CSS.

If you want it to appear outside of the $this->item->text hook you can try placing elements from article.php directly in your article file.
