Disqus simply refuses to show on content pages, it did intermittently until lately.
I've searched this forum and the web.
Theme is Helix 3, as I say, it used to work.
I had upgraded to php7.05, and I've dropped back to 5.6, no change
Turned on max reporting, no errors to give a clue.

Help would be appreciated.

Did you update the template?
Can you send me a link from an article where Disqus was working before?

Just to be sure, is the plugin enabled?

1/ there are two plugins: Disqus Comments (for Joomla) [by JoomlaWorks], System - Disqus Comments (for Joomla) [by JoomlaWorks]
both enabled
2/ No update of template, it is the standard download 1.2 early 2015, I've never found a later one.

but for some reason all the content loads became a but flakey and now disqus doesn't appear anywhere.
The only major change was running a plugin called quix, I just disabled it, cleared cache, no difference.
To the best of my knowledge there's no other way to prevent your disqus plugin from running? No content settings?

Just pointing out the obvious,

Since the plugin is not rendered at all in the link you sent are you sure that the plugin's settings are correct.
In the content plugin there are settings where you can set on which categories and menu items the comments are enabled.

Yes, I had checked that carefully, I had inserted all the items in the category list the same as where it works fine on another site, which is not helix 3 template.
So, I deleted all the category list entries and then added a mile of every menu item and .. Works!

Tks for being persistent, obviously I didn't understand the category and menu entries very well. Unfortunately it looks like I have to make every content item also into a menu item, instead of relying on category list view to show them.

This is a strange issue.
It is possible that the plugin event is not being fired in the Helix framework.

Since category listings work using another template, can you let the Helix devs know about this?
