I just installed K2 (v2,6.8) on Joomla 2.5.17. the installer said everything was complete. Com installed, all modules installed, and all plugins installed but I get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when I try any K2 options. The website works fine and all modules, etc. work so I don't think it is a server error. Any thoughts.

Please enable error reporting to see the actual issue.
Also are your folder/file permissions correct?

Do you mean set Debug Settings to "Yes". Which I did but still only receive a HTTP 500 error and no error from Joomla.

all .php are 0644

Go to the plugin manager and ensure that the "K2 -System" plugin is installed and enabled.

SOLVED. I uninstalled, re-installed, discovered, installed discovered K2 items, and finally got it. I don't know what I did differently but nevertheless I am in business.
