Hello everyone.

I have a search module that I’m trying to integrate with the K2 Search module. What I am trying to achieve is for the module to use the K2 search engine instead of the joomla. Any ideas of how I should go about this to make it work. To put it short... My modules front end layout with K2 Search function.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I would suggest that you override the K2 Tools module instead. You can keep the functionality and change the layout entirely.
