Hi,

I am currently sorting through the registered users on my website and wondered how to set the permissions so that the users who sign up and register have to be screened before being allowed to do so. That is to say, those that apply to register, have to be in a 'pending' state before being approved and allowed to become a user.
Where can I find this permission please?
