Googles PageSpeed Insights keeps saying I need to optimize and resize images in the K2 cache.

Compressing and resizing www.thatworksdesign.com/…/c889234799e865bbe90cee71f6cd2e53_XL.jpg could save 210.8KiB (95% reduction).

I've used an image optimization tool but I think Google is saying I need to resize them and that they are being resized for display when the website loads.

Is there a method for optimizing this and decreasing the laod times for the site. I can seem to find any information that applies to the K2 cache in terms of image optimization.

Compressing and resizing actually means "You should a different image".

Whether this is a module or the component you can change the image sized used from its settings.
