Which version of K2 and Joomla! are you using?

Both versions are really obsolete.
Backup and update to Joomla! 2.5.28 and K2 2.6.9.

Your template overrides might need some testing since you are running a really old version.

I am sorry but both these versions where released more than 3 years ago and we do not support such old versions of Joomla!.

Try getting support about Wordpress 2.7.2 or 2.9. I am sure they will be happy to support obsolete versions.

Joomla! like any other software needs to be updated in order to work properly.

Since Joomla! 2.5 updating is a one-click procedure, I am sorry but I personally cannot help when a site has not been updated in over 3 years.
I am quite sure you had the budget to spare 30 minutes in the past 3 years.

Posting on this forum and complaining about it took you more time than updating Joomla!.
