I can not save my K2 article in Joomla. It is giving me an errors message telling me to download certain plugins when i am not utilizing them. What is this issue? It was working before now it is not...

This seems like a JS issue.
The notices are not affecting the ability to save/ publish items.

They simply mean that you need AllVideos and Simple Image Gallery Pro in order to fully use video and gallery functionality respectively.

It could a 3rd party extension, a Google Chrome extension (it has happened before).

You need to check the console tab of your browser's developer tools to see the issue.
