download file is not loaded was created by stavroch
I download a file that I have upload from attachment tab and I get this error

Το αρχείο δεν υπάρχει

ex. seam.gr/el/χρησιμεσ-πληροφοριεσ/αρχεια/διαφορα/item/97-περιφερειακεσ-υπηρεσιεσ-απογραφησ-γεωργικων-μηχανηματων.html

why?

I don't get any error I have also enable the Development mode on Error reporting.

The admin panel is in English.

The problem that I have is on the admin. k2 doesn't save image, attachments.

The same as Joomla!'s folder.
755 and 644 for files.
