transfer joomla to other server was created by stavroch
I transfer my site to other server and the images are not saved either the files are attached.
The folders and files permissions are right.
How can I fix it?

I would suggest to use
akeeba backup
to backup your old site. Upload the .jpa file to your new server and use akeeba kickstart to restore. You can see joomla documentation
here

This is not possible because on the new server there are many items new.
Have you any other solution?

Since this is a server setup issue I do not think I can help you, aside from some generic advise, since I am not familiar with your setup.
Please ensure the following:
a) GD is installed
b) The folders have the correct permissions, 755 for folders and 644 for files.
c) The PHP multibyte module is loaded, and at least PHP 5.3.10 is being used.
