Here are two solutions:

1) Add or modify the existing style to hide the back to top div. Use your browser inspector to find the selector for back to top link. Most likely it will be "itemBackToTop". Next, add the following to your custom css file to hide it:

2) Use Regular Labs (formerly NoNumber) ReReplacer to change the text/link to your desired output
