I am trying to index content using 'Smart search' and getting an error.

I select the 'Index button' and get ...

Indexer Running
Your content is being indexed. Do not close this window.

After about a minute I get...

An Error Has Occurred
There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: images/gallery/products

As far as I can tell images/gallery/products does exist and contains valid image files.

What do you advise...
* how can I locate the problem content?
* should I 'Clear index' and start again?

Since this issue is related to a commercial extension please open a ticket in the helpdesk.

Furthermore please make sure that you are using K2's latest version.
