Upgrade to 2.7.1 deletes some menu items was created by MGS Creativa
Hi, after I upgraded to 2.7.1 fron 2.7.0 I realized that some joomla! menu items were missing, a.k.a. deleted!
Is that a normal behaviour?
I have used the joomla upgrade view and checked k2 to get the upgrade, and after that, I gor my menu items deleted. Also joomla table _extensions field extension_id lost the primary attribute and the AUTO_INCREMENT too...
Please advise!
Thanks!

Hello,
It is not normal behaviour.
Are the menu items in the database or are they completely delete?
What menu items where they?

Hi! found a workaround!
On a temp, fresh j 3.6.2 site I have loaded all K2 tables, then installed the component, so if there's any db upgrade. it was done. After that, exported the K2 tables and reloaded them on my production site. As the component files where already on site, I haven't copy any files, then, I have edited manifest_cache field of the component in the extensions table entry to reflect the current K2 version to 2.7.1 and all done.

Which version did you have prior to 2.7.1?
Was it by any chance a DEV version of 2.7.0?

Hi Krikor! I don't use dev version on my production sites. The version I had was 2.7.0 upgraded from previous version through joomla update component

There are no significant db changes from 2.7.0 to .1 or .2, but I will look through the commits for all additions/ deletions.
