I installed the K2 items for using the Blog functionality, and creating new blog items is working. However when someone is reacting on these blog items the system shows the message about anti spam. I did set the anti-spam settings accordingly to what is mentioned in other topics.

The anti-spam settings for this website are not yet properly configured and comments cannot yet be published.
Please notify the site administrator :)

What is going wrong? Is the user sending a comment using his email account for sending in the message or how is email involved in this process?

If you enabled Akismet, you need to enter a key as well.
A screenshot would be preferable though.

hi Krikor

i did follow the topic from VietPublic on "Captcha is not showing" and requested a set of keys from Google
I did fill out the K2 forms with these keys
Also i did enable the captcha method for Google only and did disable the Akismet method

now when I login at the joomla site (www.energybattle.nu) and want to comment on a blog article the following message appears:

Could not verify that you are not a robot

Does this mean the captcha from Google is not showing?

After some days of doing nothing it suddenly works. The reCaptha box is showing with a check box I am not a robot.

Question: Is a addition to Joomla like K2 not activated immediately?

K2 uses its own captcha settings.
If both Joomla!'s and K2's captchas are enabled at the same time, it is possible that a conflict will happen.
