The RSS is greate.
But I have a problem that it took 30 seconds for every user to login, because it seems check the RSS when uses login everytime.
But the RSS content is actually update every 12 hours, so how can I set the simple RSS not to check the latest update but use the cash data in joomla?

Apart from that, you need to set the "Cache time (in minutes) for feed content and remote images" setting to a value around 60 or more.
