K2 didn't install correctly

K2 didn't install correctly was created by Phil Dobbie
I have installed K2 into a brand new instance of Joomla 2.5.14 - and I get this string of comments:

Hello,

You need to use at least 2.5.28 or start with Joomla! 3.6.x
2.5.14 is really outdated.

Furthermore these warning (not errors) are not raised by K2.
