How can i change extra field display type from text to color ?

For example :

I add a multi select extra field and data entry hex color for example " #fff ; #f93 " when i add extra field to article in back-end i need extra field show color instead text, How can i change it ? Which file need to edit because i search all filed but i can't found it .

I would suggest adding a new stylesheet so you won't lose your edits when you update K2.

That is not possible I am afraid since the multiple element does not support this behavour.

I am not sure how you can change this easily.
This is a standard HTML element. You can add a JS script which replaces this element something your employee can understand easily.
