Hi guys I have a big problem with the extra fields encoding after duplicating an k2 article.

We're using k2 for a small job center and with the extra fields, we provide more information about the jobs. Some jobs needed to be duplicated and when I copy one of them, the extra fields are broken (I mean the characters öäüÖÄÜß) – even the name of the extra field! Please see my screenshot.

My customer also reported, that this bug occurs while a normal saving of articles... While working on the article, the characters are right and after saving, they are broken. I had a look in the DB, its all utf8mb4_general_ci but the special characters (only in extra fields!) are saved as: \u00c4\u00c4\u00c4.

I had a look at it and the cells were also UTF8 collation.

But I solved the problem: I made a backup with akeeba backup and installed it with the options "force UTF collation" etc. and now it works!
