I'm using BT Social Share plugin.

On Joomla facebook and twiiter item sharing is perfect. Here is example : themewinter.com/joomla/news247/index.php/features/joomla/category/81-apple-macbook-pro-with-retina-display

But on K2 I've below problems:

Twitter: On twitter K2 item share not showing thumbnail image. Here is example link : themewinter.com/joomla/news247/index.php/travel/item/28-19-incredible-photos-from-disney-s-star-wars-cruise-algore

Facebook: Facebook share images but not item title. Shows its category name.

Please, guide me about this issue.

There are double og:tags in the link you sent us.

Its bowthemes.com/joomla-extensions/bt-social-share-plugin.html from Bowthemes. Works very well with Joomla Article. Also I check with Sharethis tools shows same problem.

This extension does not play well with K2. You need to ask the extension's developers how to disable this extension in K2 items.

Hi, please check your answer again. Why I need to ask the developers to disable the extension. Its easy to disable it from plugin manager.

My question was twitter image not showing with K2. With BT Social share or Sharethis extensions. Do you have any idea???

Twitter is using og tags as well. Since the extension is printing duplicate tags this will cause an issue.

Furthermore the second set of og:tags is not correct (relative paths).

So, you need to ask the extension's developers how to disable this extension in K2 items.
