I am with the last version of Joomla (3.7.4) and K2 (2.7.1).
When I try to upload images with the extra fields, the Pop-up window appears empty and only with the text "K2 v2.7.1 | Copyright © 2006-2017 JoomlaWorks Ltd."

Someone have the same issue? I can't upload new content to my webpage because this. :-(

Thanks in advance for your help!
Emilio.

Enable error reporting to see if there are any PHP errors.
If not. Disable it and set it to none and look in your browser's developer tools' console tab for any JS errors.

Hi Krikor,
Thanks for your answer. This is the only I can discover, but I don't know how to interpret this and how to fix if this is really the error:

screencast.com/t/qn4r2Iv0

Could you give me any advice about what I can do?
Thanks!!

Emilio.

Dear Emilio,

Your screenshots shows javascript errors, not php errors. Php error reporting should be turned to maximum (Joomla->Global Configuration->Server->Error reporting) to see php errors.
The text you are referencing in your screenshot is related to a chrome-extension you have installed. Nothing to do with k2 nor Joomla.

Dear Ronny,
Thanks for your answer.
I activate the "maximum" level of errors, but I can't get any error in the backend. Just didn't load the window. :-(
I noted that the media manager of K2 didn't load too, in case this give any info...

Activating the error reporting:
screencast.com/t/hpRxcOHajx

Reproducing the problem:
screencast.com/t/JWpzaqtuacYe

Thanks!!

Do you use some of the Regular Labs extensions (Better preview,...) ?

No as far I know...
Mainly I have a template called Oyster (That have K2 and Azure page builder), AcyMail and EasyBlog of Stackideas. I have some SEO tools that one guy installed in my page to improve in google but Regular Labs extensions are not familiar to me.

Surely one of those will conflict with k2's jQuery, as it is the case with Regular Labs extensions. My best guess will be Azura.
Disable it and try again to see if the conclict is resolved.
If that is the case you could try jQuery Easy (Joomla plugin te resolve jQuery conflicts).

Make sure that jQuery UI is not being loaded twice.
You can disable K2' jQuery UI version from the extension's parameters.

Hi,

We're having the exact same problem. Our media manager won't load and all the pics we had on our k2's items were lost...
This happened to us once, but the pics were still there... Now the manager won't simply load.
Any ideas why this happened?
Also, we have another website with the same features, and this didn't happened.

Kind regards
