Hello everybody.

I'd like to add some modules in the tag result page (sidebar, etc.). I'd also lke to know if it's possible to delete the RSS feed link.
Is there a way to edit that page?

Try editing tag.php in the override you are using, or create one and when editing the file remove the code that prints the feed.
If you cannot get the sidebars to act like you want them with the core joomla try advanced module manager

I tried but it did not work. Maybe I did it the wrong way.

This is more of a template issue.
You need to ask your template's developer about available template positions.
