HI Sorry for the dumb question, have been pulling my hair out. Can usually solve these things myself.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to why the galleries on this site are showing a bullet above the thumbnail and the nthe image opens in a new window rather than in a popup?

Hello,

This is a CSS conflict. Try adding this snippet in your template's stylesheet.

ul.sigProClassic li.sigProThumb:before {  display: none!important; }

As for the JS errors which prevent the popup to work, please open a ticket so we can sort this out.
