Hi,

I'm hoping you can help. I'm running Joomla 3.7.3 with K2 2.7.1 and SIG 3.01. I went to add some photos on a new website in K2 image gallery tab and it says "Notice: Please install the 'Simple Image Gallery Pro' plugin from JoomlaWorks if you want to use the image gallery features of K2 - get it here".

I have purchased it and I've used it before but it's not working, nor is it showing in the components drop down.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can offer to get it working.

Hello there,

I think you installed the free version SIG 3.01, instead of the SigPRO 3.1.0 commercial version.
Uninstall the free version and install the PRO version.
