First of all, thank you for providing this free tool very handy.

I'm using the Joomla! CMS and my hosting service is infomaniak.ch

I'm at loss for solving a problem that makes me crazy. I was a happy user of SIGE before I had to migrate my website to another server. Now everytime I try to use SIGE, I get this error when the page loads :

Warning: No images in specified directory. Please check the directoy!
Debug: specified directory - www.exemple.com/images/

Here's the line in the article calling SIGE:
{gallery}photo/160426 Plomcot/,limit=0,random=1,width=100,height=100,gap_h=20,gap_v=20,displayarticle=1{/gallery}

If I do this :
{gallery}/photo/160426 Plomcot/,limit=0,random=1,width=100,height=100,gap_h=20,gap_v=20,displayarticle=1{/gallery}

I get the following:
Warning: No images in specified directory. Please check the directoy!
Debug: specified directory - www.exemple.com/images//

Another example:
{gallery}./photo/160426 Plomcot/,limit=0,random=1,width=100,height=100,gap_h=20,gap_v=20,displayarticle=1{/gallery}

I get this:
Warning: No images in specified directory. Please check the directoy!
Debug: specified directory - www.exemple.com/images/./

The directory exists of course and for good measure, the rights of the images and photo and 160426 plomcot directories are set to 777.

So at this point, I am already lost, now for making things worse when I add photos to one of the galleries directory that was created before the migration, It works! The image are found and resized without a problem... I tried to then copy/paste the resizedimages directory to 160426 plomcot I still get the No images in specified directory.

Did someone had this problem before? The support of my hosting website says the problem comes from the development and so it's not their concern and I don't know what more I can do.

I did a research on this board but didn't find any topic relevant. I am sorry if I missed something.

SOLVED...

My problem was a Joomla! one... I installed Sourcerer which makes you able to add scripts to your article and then SIG was working as it should.

So the syntax was :

{source}{gallery}photo/160426 Plomcot/,limit=0,random=1,width=100,height=100,gap_h=20,gap_v=20,displayarticle=1{/gallery}{/source}

I hope this will help someone in the future.

Our products are Simple Image Gallery and Simple Image Gallery Pro.
