Feeds does not refresh was created by Allan
I have seen a few of these - Feeds does not refresh - but no answers.

I have set all cahing options to off.

Joomla 3.2.3

Could you please tell my what to do?

Hi. What do you mean? Check the module options under the section "Feed Caching Options".
