Is it possible to supply a default message for an empty feed, instead of displaying an error message? I use RSS to show school announcements on the schools webpage, but there aren't always announcements to show.

The error message is only displayed when there is an error, not when the feed is empty. Even if there are no announcements, the XML structure should be there.
