Failed loading XML... Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate en was created by agriciencia

I am having the following Error:
Failed loading XML... Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0xC3 0x43 0x6F 0x65

Regarding the following feed: www.agroportal.pt/feed/

Can you help.

When I clean the Joomla cache it works.

After it gives the same error

I only have this feed.

I tried other rss module and I dont get this error.

Can this be related to some portuguese characters?

It might be, can you try burning the feed through feedburner?

Can you give me some more information.

I put it on feed burner and it reads ok.

feeds.feedburner.com/AgroportalAPortaDoMundoRural

No it does not work 100% I keep getting the same error but I cant understand why some times works.

If it breaks sometimes, look for any new feed items.
It could be a particular item that breaks the functionality.
