Anyone I need help... please

when I try to upload and installs the com_jwmmxtd_v1.0.zip i received this error message.. is there other way for me to upload and install this plugins especially video?

Try reinstalling the Media Manager XTD component using a browser like Firefox. The upload process could have timed out on IE, for example... ;)

You also may want to check the max file upload size of your php configuration. By default 2Megabyte. -)

I don't have an attitude problem. You just need some perception tweaking.
