Look for other plugins that may cause issues. It could be an editor plugin (e.g. something that adds a button to the editor), a system plugin or a K2 plugin.

Following your tips, I turned off plugin by plugin and nothing, the error continues ...
I even reinstalled the Template Gavick News to see if it was him, and it did not work either.

Hello!

Problem solved at last
This was an Image upload Bug in Joomla version 3.9.5
Reesolci upgrade to Joomla 3.9.6 and prompt problem solved on all three sites
Then I went to look at the details of the bugs fixed in the Joomla 3.96 version and there was the problem
Already know what is now, just update to Joomla 3.9.6

You're right. For others reference, this is the issue with TinyMCE and image uploading: github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/24637

My guess is that if you used JCE, you probably wouldn't have faced this issue. JCE is a much more capable editor either way.
