Have you checked the cache settings i wrote about in my previous post?

Oh yeah sir, the settings for "Cache time (in minutes) for feed content and remote images" is 30
and "Cache Time" was 900, now is 240 (4 minutes).

Now I'll watch it and report anything that happens. :D
