Josh believes a dedicated meditation practice is a key component towards peak physical performance, injury prevention, and peace of mind. An integral part of The Athlete Practice, an elite group of teachers in partnership with the athletics department of Northwestern University and UIC, Josh has trained a wide range of collegiate athletes. Josh brings over 1500 hours of experience with him as he guides high performance athletes through a specialized yoga practice.
