If you have purschased a JoomlaWorks product, please do the following:
a) login first with your account credentials at the Member Dashboard
b) After you login, you'll see all your account options - click on "Tickets" and then click "Add a new ticket", selecting the subscription/transaction for which you require technical support.
Note that JoomlaWorks support is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (GMT).
