Please DO NOT email us for support related to our free extensions, but instead use our Community Forum. It's free to register and post your question there & we monitor the forum daily.

If you have purschased a JoomlaWorks subscription, please do the following:
a) login with your account credentials at the Member Dashboard
b) click on "Help Desk" (under the "Subscriber Dashboard" section)
c) while you are in the "Help Desk" section, click "Add a new ticket". Select the subscription/transaction for which you require technical support and submit your issue.

Note that JoomlaWorks support is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (GMT).
