Is it possible to remove branding and controls from you tube videoes in a similar way to
<iframe src="www.youtube.com/embed/fMd2A3gtTJ4?rel=0?modestbranding=1" height="315" width="560" frameborder="0">
as joomla doesn't allow iframe tags by the looks of things.

You can use the {youtube} snippet to embed this video.
AllVideos also has the option to embed iframes as well.
