Hi, my site plays simple mp3's and every once in a while a visitor emails me through saying that they cannot get some mp3 files to play in certain sections of my site. Other sections play fine. I cant replicate the issue at all so was wondering if it could be a browser or explorer incompatibility. One of the sections that seems to be a regular culprit is an article which I inserted tabs into and the audio is on different tabs.

I have tried logging into the visitors account and it works fine from my pc so no access issues.

any suggestions or help would be gratefully received

Hi. Try to get some more information (if possible) from the clients like the browser they are using, their operating system etc. Also ask them if they get any kind of message or they just wait for ever for the audio to play. Maybe there is a javascript error in the page preventing some browsers from playing the audio.
