Ghee... I get an error.

I create a flash swf project located at www.e-projectmanagers.com/joomla/images/stories/videos/MasterSchedule1.html

When the window opens I get the following error message:

"Unable to locate the LMS's API implementation.
Communications with LMS will not occur".  OK (button)

How can I fix it?  I was trying to use flash because it is recommended.
