Hi everyone!

For a few days i'm trying to figure out what is the problem with the plugin on my joomla localhost.
The problem is that the videos on localhost didn't streaming. I must wait for them to be fully loaded and after that i'm able to play.
I tested with youtube videos and those are streaming.

I'm using:
Joomla 1.0.12
Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer/2.0.53
PHP 4.3.10
