WWW.HARLEY.CZ  Plugin is not working, and I dont know why. Can U help me please?

I have also many times asked trouble with uknown modifier. www.harley.cz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=92
I tried to modify page with HTML button and also in notepad, but it is still the same problem......
